HKG, LLP was formed in 2012 as a full-service
certified public accounting firm resulting from a merger between Hinton
Kreditor & Gronroos, LLP and Bridge, LLP. Our merger raises an obvious
question: Why did we do it? First and foremost, it is about our clients. We
believe that by joining forces, we can provide a wider array of services to our
clients both internationally and in Southern and Northern California.
Prior to our merger, both firms had a rich history of
providing innovative solutions to their clients. Hinton Kreditor &
Gronroos, LLP was formed in 1995 by David Hinton, Garrett Kreditor and Tony
Gronroos. The partners quickly gained an excellent reputation among clients in
the Pasadena area. Bridge was formed in 2008 by Dennis Burbridge and John
Gosch. Prior to founding Bridge, Dennis was a partner in a CPA firm serving
clients in the San Fernando Valley. John came from a "Big Eight" and Fortune
500 background and later built a CPA firm serving international clients.
