Curt Natham, CPA

Curt has been in public accounting since 1988 and specializes in the areas of financial statement audit and technology consulting. He is the partner-in-charge of the accounting and audit practices at HKG. He performs contract audit work and specializes in internal audit services. Prior to joining HKG, Curt was a partner with Lucas, Horsfall, Murphy and Pindroh, LLP. He also was an audit manager of financial services practice of the international accounting and consulting firm KPMG, where he spent six years in the Los Angeles business unit. He has serviced a variety of clients, both public (SEC) and private, in various industries, including financial institutions, contractors, manufacturers and not-for-profit entities. Curt is a native of Los Angeles. He serves on the Board of Directors for Five Acres, AYSO and Pasadena Mental Health Center.

Education: BS - Accounting, University of Southern California.
