John Gosch, CPA

John specializes in providing cross-border operational, structuring and expansion solutions to HKG's clients. John is HKG's International Services Group leader. He is responsible for the full development and management of this firm-wide service. This includes ensuring that HKG offers the depth of international service capabilities required to meet the expanding needs of our clients. John also acts as the main contact with all of the INPACT member firms, attends regular meetings with the worldwide network members and ensures that our clients' foreign in-country needs are met. John has served as group and division controller for a Fortune 500 company both domestically and overseas. He also was a CFO with emerging companies and participated in the IPO of advanced technology firms. John has more than 25 years of experience and started his career with Ernst & Whinney. He has a significant international background and is fluent in German and French. He is a frequent speaker on U.S. and international tax issues and on doing business in the U.S. and Europe.

Prior to merging his firm with HKG, LLP John co-founded Bridge, LLP, a firm specializing in providing predominantly tax services.

Education: BS - Finance, Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. MBA - Accounting, Pennsylvania State University.
